| 1953 | Aye & Sons Limited was founded. |
| 1956 | 22 units of Toyota Land Cruiser were imported. It was one of Toyota’s first in history to be exported to Asia. |
| 1958 | Mr. Shotaro Kamiya, President of Toyota Motor Sales Co., Ltd, appointed Mr. Jun Hara as Toyota’s advisor for the Myanmar market. Aye & Sons Ltd. was designated as the sole agent for Toyota vehicles in Myanmar. The company began operating Toyota vehicle sales, after-sales service, and spare parts business in the country. |
| 1962 | The country was nationalized by government and it affected many private assets including Aye & Sons Ltd. Most of Aye & Sons functions were suspended. Aye & Sons Ltd. continued operating on a limited scale under the name Aye and Sons Service Station. |
| 1990 | Mr. Aye Zaw, youngest son of Mr. Jun Hara and Mrs. Daw Khin Khin Aye re-founded Aye & Sons Limited. |
| 1994 | Mr. Aye Zaw began negotiations with Toyota Tsusho Corporation for a joint venture business. |
| 1995 | Established a Toyota Authorized Service Station, and the 2S business (Sales and Service) officially started. |
| 1996 | Mr. Aye Zaw and Toyota Tsusho Corporation formed a joint venture business and TTAS Co., Ltd was established. 3S business ( Sales, service and spare parts) officially started. |
| 2014 | TTAS Body and Paint Center was established in Hlaing Thayer, western Yangon. |
| 2020 | TTAS Co., Ltd. was appointed by TMAP (now TMA) as the official distributor in Myanmar. |
