Job Requirements

  • Age between 20 and 30 years.

  • Any bachelor's degree, preferably in Automotive Engineering or any other Engineering field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive aftersales, service advisory, technical training, or dealership operations.

  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

  • Good understanding of dealership service operations and Service Advisor responsibilities.

  • Knowledge of customer service and automotive aftersales operations will be an advantage.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to conduct training sessions and facilitate group discussions effectively.
